perfect for the right distance

I purchased it for the sole purpose of viewing the detail of a very large world map, but having no variation vis-a-vis magnification makes the device of little use for my purposes.

                I use the Opera Glasses at the theater to be able to see the costumes and actors up close and get all details. The only drawback in the small field of view, however for the size of glasses thats typical.
                Great design and very stylish.

                The red light is very useful to see the playbill.

                A: Yes, these Opera Glasses come complete with carrying case.

                Q2: I need "interpupillary" distance greater than 70mm. Does this meet this requirement?

                A: The interpupillary distance at the greatest length is 78mm.

                Q3: How much do they weigh?

                A: Covent Opera Glasses weigh 0.3 pound, or about 5 ounces.

                Q4: These must require a battery. What kind?

                A: Zhumell Covent Opera Glasses take SR-44 batteries.

                Q5: Can they be completely closed together? If so, what do they measure?

                A: No, I'm sorry but the Covents are not capable of being folded in half. They can only be angled to accommodate general interpupillary distance.
